Design Technology

At Bolton-By-Bowland our design technology curriculum allows our pupils’ to acquire the design experience, technical knowledge and practical skills needed to research, design, produce and evaluate a wide range of products. We believe it is crucial to provide the children with a relatable context when creating a product from scratch. All of our design technology units of work link closely to our wider curriculum to link learning across all subjects. The products the children make are intended to solve real-life problems for a variety of people from all time periods.
