STAYING ACTIVE DURING LOCKDOWN
Try a few of these activities at home! It's not the same as playing football with your friends at playtime but, as we know, exercise is REALLY important for our mental health! Post any pictures and results on your Seesaw Journal!
Quite a change from our previous hockey sessions but we are all having a good time exploring travels, turns and gestures to perform a 'Greek God' dance! We have worked in groups to and have made our own plans to remind us where we are up to! Fingers crossed they work and we can pick up where we left off!
8 Minute Workout
On a Wednesday and Thursday morning we encourage all the children to take part in an 8 minute run/jog. This week was too wet outside so we all enjoyed taking part in a Joe Wicks workout to start our day off.
The children are enjoying their 8 minute run each week. They're showing resilience and continue to improve their fitness each week.
